Is there a Tautulli for Jellyfin or Emby?
No. Tautulli is built against the Plex API, and there is no plugin or setting that connects it to Jellyfin or Emby. If you run either one, you need something else.
What Tautulli actually supports
One Plex server, per instance. Its configuration holds a single set of Plex connection settings rather than a list, libraries belonging to any other server are deactivated on every refresh, and changing the server in settings is treated as a replacement rather than an addition. Running a second Plex server means running a second Tautulli. Jellyfin and Emby appear nowhere in its codebase.

Merge the two accounts afterwards and one person keeps one timeline across both servers, with the original timestamps, devices, and locations intact.
